Front Office Managers (Female)

We are seeking  for Front Office Managers to join our client’s Healthcare Establishment in Barka, Oman,to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.

Your responsibilities will include – to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring the organizational effectiveness, smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-day operations and provide excellent customer service.

Minimum Qualifications Required –

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
