Nursing Director (Chief Nursing Officer)

Our client’s Hospital in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman is looking to hire a dedicated and experienced candidate for the position of Nursing Director (Chief Nursing Officer) to join their team of world-class healthcare professionals.

As the Director of Nursing, the duties will include – overseeing the nursing staff and overall nursing operations of their healthcare facility, evaluating and directing all nursing employees, establishing goals for the nursing department, and creating and enforcing compliant healthcare policies.

Salary Package – OMR 1200/month (Yearly tickets, Annual leaves, Medical insurance)

Education Qualifications – Bachelor’s in Nursing completed (B.Sc. Nursing)

Requirements –

• Prior experience of a minimum of 5 years in a similar position as a Nursing Director or CNO
• Preferably with previous experience in the Gulf / Metropolitan cities
• Work experience in JCI accredited hospitals will be an added advantage
• Experienced in handling Critical Care unit and Outpatient department
