The Ministry of Health Oman is hiring experienced Adult ICU Registered Nurses for government hospitals across the Sultanate of Oman. Preferred Candidate Profile
- OMSB Pearson VUE or DataFlow completed (advantageous).
- Previous Gulf or Middle East experience preferred.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or equivalent.
- Valid Registered Nurse license from home country.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum 5 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- At least 3 years of current experience in an Adult ICU in a tertiary or accredited hospital.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill adult patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Assess, monitor, and document patients’ physiological status using advanced critical care equipment.
- Administer medications, blood products, and intravenous therapies safely and accurately.
- Perform and assist with critical procedures including intubation, central line insertion, arterial line monitoring, and emergency resuscitation.
- Respond effectively to cardiac arrests and other medical emergencies.
- Collaborate with intensivists, physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams.
