Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)

We are having an exciting job opening for Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to one of the client’s multi-specialty Hospital in Muscat, Oman to oversee the quality and efficiency of our patient care.

As a CNO your responsibilities will be – planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations of Nursing/Patient Care Services.

Salary – OMR 1200/month and Other benefits as per Oman Labor Law.

Education & Experience –

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) completed.
• Prior expertise of a minimum 20 years in the field of nursing (experience in the Middle East is preferred).
• Candidates are also expected to hold a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role as a CNO in a JCI accredited hospital.

Licensure Qualifications –

• OMSB Prometric passed or willing to appear.
• DATAFLOW Process completed to going to (we can provide assistance with regards to Dataflow).

Skills –

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Administrative and management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• An excellent team player.
