Clinical Manager

We are hiring a well-experienced Clinical Manager on behalf of our client’s Medical Establishment in Dubai, UAE. Your work will include implementing procedures to optimize patient care, and managing the budget. You will also be required to hire and train staff members.

Minimum Qualification required –

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration or similar.
• Experience in managing a healthcare facility or clinic including in the Middle-East.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the field.
• Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently.
• Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
• Knowledge of procuring supplies, equipment, and staff needed at the clinic.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, billing, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors.
