Healthcare Service Manager – Dubai, UAE

We are in search of passionate and experienced candidates to join the Medical Establishment of our client in Dubai, UAE as Healthcare Service Manager to plan, direct, coordinate and supervise the delivery of quality healthcare service.

Minimum qualifications required –

• Bachelor’s  in any relevant field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the field as a Healthcare Service Manager (including in GCC).
• Candidates with Arabic speaking skills will be preferred.
• Excellent managerial skills.
• Team leader.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and detail oriented in approach.

Responsibilities will include –

• oversee the day-to-day operations of a healthcare organization, a specific unit or a service area
• gather and analyse data, using it to plan and manage both projects and systems
• manage clinical, professional, clerical and administrative staff
• implement new policies and directives
• manage the recruitment, selection, appraisal and development of staff
• liaise and negotiate with medical and non-medical staff and with people in external organizations.
• work towards ensuring quality for patients.
