- Competitive Tax-Free Salary: OMR 2,100 to OMR 2,200 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience).

Required Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria
To meet Oman Medical Specialty Board (OMSB) and Ministry of Health (MOH) licensing requirements, candidates must possess:
- Basic Medical Degree: MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by the OMSB.
- Postgraduate Specialization: MD / MS / DNB in Anesthesiology.
- Clinical Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of post-specialization clinical experience in anesthesiology within a high-volume secondary or tertiary care hospital.
Core Competencies & Technical Skills
- Demonstrate excellent proficiency in the field.
- Advanced clinical decision-making and crisis resource management under high-pressure, time-sensitive operating conditions.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Strong collaborative spirit within a high-volume, multi-disciplinary surgical team.
